It was twenty plus years since the last time I had picked up or used a plane or pairing chisel. I am pleased to say that I had many lessons from Patrick covering very basic skills to more precise joint making methods and design.  At the end of my time with Patrick I felt so confident in what I had been taught that I built a designer workshop in my garden and have begun making pieces of furniture, mostly small tables.  I can do nothing but highly recommend Patrick for tuition, who in the end has become a good friend.
